MOOG電液伺服閥D634-319C使用說明
電液伺服閥由力矩馬達和液壓放大器組成,。
力矩馬達工作原理
磁鐵把導磁體磁化成N,、S極,,形成磁場,。銜鐵和擋板固連由彈簧支撐位于導磁體的中間,。擋板下端球頭嵌放在滑閥中間凹槽內(nèi);線圈無電流時,,力矩馬達無力矩輸出,,擋板處于兩噴嘴中間;當輸入電流通過線圈使銜鐵3左端被磁化為N極,,右端為S極,,銜鐵逆時針偏轉(zhuǎn)。彈簧管彎曲產(chǎn)生反力矩,使銜鐵轉(zhuǎn)過θ角,。電流越大θ角就越大,,力矩馬達把輸入電信號轉(zhuǎn)換為力矩信號輸出。
前置放大級工作原理
壓力油經(jīng)濾油器和節(jié)流孔流到滑閥左,、右兩端油腔和兩噴嘴腔,,由噴嘴噴出,經(jīng)閥9中部流回油箱力矩馬達無輸出信號時,,擋板不動,,滑閥兩端壓力相等。當力矩馬達有信號輸出時,,擋板偏轉(zhuǎn),,兩噴嘴與擋板之間的間隙不等,,致使滑閥兩端壓力不等,,推動閥芯移動。

當前置放大級有壓差信號使滑閥閥芯移動時,,主油路被接通,。滑閥位移后的開度正比于力矩馬達的輸入電流,,即閥的輸出流量和輸入電流成正比,;當輸入電流反向時,輸出流量也反向,?;y移動的同時,擋板下端的小球亦隨同移動,,使擋板彈簧片產(chǎn)生彈性反力,,阻止滑閥繼續(xù)移動;擋板變形又使它在兩噴嘴間的位移量減小,,實現(xiàn)了反饋,。當滑閥上的液壓作用力和擋板彈性反力平衡時,滑閥便保持在這一開度上不再移
