對(duì)FFU風(fēng)機(jī)過濾單元進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)木S護(hù)保養(yǎng)可以提高FFU風(fēng)機(jī)過濾單元的壽命,，對(duì)企業(yè)節(jié)省一定的費(fèi)用。
一、根據(jù)環(huán)境的潔凈度,，F(xiàn)FU風(fēng)機(jī)過濾單元更換過濾器（初效一般為1-6個(gè)月，一般為6-12個(gè)月,過濾器不可清洗）。
二、定期（一般每?jī)蓚€(gè)月一次）用塵埃粒子計(jì)數(shù)器測(cè)定用本產(chǎn)品實(shí)施凈化的潔凈區(qū)域的潔凈度,，當(dāng)實(shí)測(cè)的潔凈度與要求的潔凈度不符時(shí)，應(yīng)查明原因（是否有泄漏,、過濾器是否有失效等）,，若過濾器已失效，則應(yīng)更換新的過濾器,。
三,、更換過濾器及初效過濾器時(shí)應(yīng)停機(jī)進(jìn)行。
四,、FFU風(fēng)機(jī)過濾單元更換過濾器時(shí)應(yīng)注意以下事項(xiàng)：
1、FFU機(jī)過濾單元更換過濾器時(shí)應(yīng)特別注意拆箱,、搬運(yùn)及安裝取用時(shí)確保濾紙完整無損,，禁止用手觸及濾紙?jiān)斐善茡p。
2,、FFU安裝前,，將新的過濾器對(duì)著亮處，以肉眼觀察過濾器是否因運(yùn)輸?shù)仍蚨霈F(xiàn)破損,，如濾紙有漏洞則不能使用,。
3、FFU更換過濾器時(shí)應(yīng)首先將箱體抬起,，然后將失效的過濾器取出,，換上新的過濾器（注意過濾器的氣流箭頭標(biāo)志應(yīng)與凈化單元出風(fēng)氣流方向一致），確保邊框密封后將箱蓋回原位,。
