AF-1B型自動(dòng)快速平衡閉杯法微量閃點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)儀是本公司開(kāi)發(fā)出來(lái)的產(chǎn)品,,應(yīng)用平衡閉杯法測(cè)試液體樣品的閃點(diǎn)性質(zhì),。 儀器具有取樣量少,自動(dòng)化程度高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),??蓽y(cè)試項(xiàng)目多,能對(duì)涂料,、色漆(水性色漆),、清漆、漆基,、膠黏劑,、溶劑、脂肪酸甲酯(FAME),、化學(xué)試劑,、香精、香料,、固體化學(xué)產(chǎn)品,、粘稠化學(xué)產(chǎn)品,、航空燃料油,、石油及有關(guān)產(chǎn)品快速檢測(cè)樣品的實(shí)際平衡杯閉口閃點(diǎn),。廣泛適用于石化,、塑料等行業(yè),。
特點(diǎn):
1,、嚴(yán)格按照"平衡閉杯法"的操作規(guī)程進(jìn)行閃點(diǎn)檢測(cè)試驗(yàn),,檢出樣品閃點(diǎn)值,。用戶(hù)可以選擇內(nèi)置的測(cè)試程序或自行設(shè)置測(cè)試參數(shù),,也可以修改預(yù)設(shè)程序來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)自定義的非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試,。各種參數(shù),例如升溫模式,、時(shí)間,、溫度及均速升溫都可以由用戶(hù)自行設(shè)置。劃板的動(dòng)作,、點(diǎn)火頭的下降,、閃點(diǎn)的探測(cè)都是自動(dòng)完成的,。
(不同標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的升溫控制和點(diǎn)火檢出模式要求不相同)
2,、自動(dòng)化程度高:按照液晶顯示屏上的提示的操作方式設(shè)定好閃點(diǎn)參數(shù),,按一下START鍵,整個(gè)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程均自動(dòng)進(jìn)行,。
3,、大屏幕全觸摸式液晶顯示屏,可直觀操作并顯示閃點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)的全過(guò)程,。界面簡(jiǎn)單,,可直接點(diǎn)選設(shè)定實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)J剑奖憧煽?,試?yàn)過(guò)程及測(cè)定數(shù)據(jù)均一目了然,。
4、儀器結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,、小巧,,造型美觀,控制部及測(cè)定部的主要電器部件均采用進(jìn)口部件,,保證了儀器的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性,。
5、(AF-1B低溫組L)閉杯法閃點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)儀內(nèi)置制冷模塊,,無(wú)須外接制冷器,。測(cè)試范圍: - 5℃-95℃/零下5℃-95℃)。
6,、儀器具有自我故障診斷及報(bào)警功能,。
7、儀器備有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)RS-232C通訊接口,,可與中心控制計(jì)算機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng),,便于網(wǎng)絡(luò)化品質(zhì)管理。
8,、自動(dòng)大氣壓力補(bǔ)正計(jì)算,,所見(jiàn)即所得的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果。儀器備有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)針式打印機(jī),,可將試驗(yàn)的檢測(cè)結(jié)果逐一列出,。

3,、溫度設(shè)定范圍:定購(gòu)前請(qǐng)具體說(shuō)明測(cè)試范圍
•常規(guī)測(cè)試:請(qǐng)選用AF-1BL(低溫組L,,- 5℃-95℃/零下5℃-95℃;內(nèi)置半導(dǎo)體制冷功能,,控溫精度±0.5℃,。)。適用樣品閃點(diǎn)范圍為15 ℃ - 35 ℃,。
•特殊應(yīng)用:請(qǐng)選用AF-1BH(高溫組H,,室溫 - 300 ℃;控溫精度±0.5℃,,不帶制冷功能,。)
4、樣品量:(低溫組BL )2毫升 / (高溫組BH )4毫升/次實(shí)驗(yàn),。
5,、顯示器:全彩色觸摸式液晶大屏幕顯示屏。
6,、閃點(diǎn)檢測(cè)方式:全自動(dòng)點(diǎn)火方式,,采用高靈敏熱電偶檢測(cè)法測(cè)定。
