自動(dòng)石油產(chǎn)品減壓蒸餾試驗(yàn)儀
ARD-1
一、概要
ARD-1型自動(dòng)石油產(chǎn)品減壓蒸餾程試驗(yàn)儀系本公司開(kāi)發(fā)出來(lái)的高科技產(chǎn)品,。儀器具有操作簡(jiǎn)單,、重復(fù)性好等特點(diǎn)。由于使用了內(nèi)藏式壓縮機(jī)制冷器,,使整個(gè)儀器結(jié)構(gòu)合理緊湊,。另外微機(jī)系統(tǒng)具有多彩的顯示界面,不僅使整個(gè)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程達(dá)到了全自動(dòng)化,,而且大型液晶顯示屏能清晰地顯示出餾程曲線(xiàn)和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),。
本試驗(yàn)儀適用于 ASTM D1160 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及 GB/T 9168 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
二,、特點(diǎn)
?。?)所有的設(shè)定及試驗(yàn)操作均可在控制面板上進(jìn)行;
?。?)大型液晶顯示屏及windows中文界面使設(shè)定、操作更為方便;
?。?)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的真空壓力,、餾出溫度及蒸餾曲線(xiàn)等可通過(guò)顯示屏隨時(shí)顯示;
(4)高穩(wěn)定真空調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)保證了試驗(yàn)所需真空壓力,;
?。?)只需連接打印機(jī)即可得到詳細(xì)的蒸餾曲線(xiàn);
(6)采用高精度液面追綜裝置,能正確地計(jì)量實(shí)時(shí)蒸餾量;
?。?)由于采用了初加熱和終加熱的溫度設(shè)定方式,故不受加熱器劣化及初始加熱溫度等影響,照樣能得到穩(wěn)定的初餾點(diǎn)和終點(diǎn);
?。?)具有自動(dòng)檢測(cè)試樣著火及滅火功能;
(9)具有自動(dòng)檢測(cè)試樣起泡及消泡功能;
?。?0)本試驗(yàn)儀配有將數(shù)據(jù)輸入微機(jī)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輸出口(RS-232C),有利于實(shí)驗(yàn)室網(wǎng)絡(luò)化品質(zhì)管理;
?。?1)本儀器使用了經(jīng)軟件處理的溫度及壓力補(bǔ)正回路,使用戶(hù)能簡(jiǎn)單而正確地進(jìn)行溫度和壓力補(bǔ)正。
三,、儀器規(guī)格:
?。?)適用范圍: ASTM D1160 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及 GB/T 9168 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
?。?)試驗(yàn)溫度范圍:(室溫+10)℃~400℃
?。?)溫度表示單位:0.1℃
(4)溫度檢測(cè):特制鉑電阻傳感器
?。?)餾出速度:2~9ml/min,可按0.5ml為單位選擇
?。?)餾出速度控制方式:PID調(diào)節(jié)
(7)程序控制方式:微機(jī)控制
?。?)接受器室溫度:室溫 ~ 80℃
?。?)冷凝管溫度范圍:控制在30~90℃
(10)初餾點(diǎn)及液面檢測(cè):光電檢測(cè)
?。?1)真空壓力調(diào)節(jié):PID調(diào)節(jié),;精度:±1%
(12)蒸餾條件設(shè)定:菜單選擇式,菜單數(shù):20只
?。?3)壓力換算:通過(guò)計(jì)算機(jī)自動(dòng)換算,。
(14)冷凝管加熱:電加熱方式,。
?。?5)冷阱冷卻:壓縮機(jī)制冷方式。
?。?6)加熱:鎳鉻絲加熱管AC 220V 1KW
?。?7)加熱器冷卻方式:強(qiáng)制性風(fēng)冷
(18)打印:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)A4紙彩色噴墨打印機(jī)
(19)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束條件:以下3個(gè)條件可供選擇:
a.終點(diǎn)時(shí)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束,;
b.到溫度時(shí)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束,;
c.到餾出量時(shí)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束。
?。?0)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束報(bào)知:試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后5分鐘,蜂鳴器鳴叫(10秒),再冷卻10分鐘后打印機(jī)將試驗(yàn)條件,、試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)打印出來(lái)。
?。?1)異常情況表示:報(bào)警器鳴叫,顯示屏上顯示故障內(nèi)容,。
(22)電源:AC-220V,50/60Hz.1500W
?。?3)尺寸/重量:700(W)mm×750(D)mm×580(H)mm,;約75kg
