氧化安定性試驗(yàn)儀
OS-F6 / OS-F6+
OS-F6氧化安定性試驗(yàn)儀是按照SH/T 0175《餾分燃料油氧化安定性測(cè)定法(加速法)》,、ASTM D2274《Standard Test Method for Oxidation Stability of Distillate Fuel Oil (Accelerated Method)餾出燃料油的氧化穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)(加速法)》和ISO 12205。同時(shí)也對(duì)應(yīng) GB/T 12581《加抑制劑礦物油的氧化特性測(cè)定法》,、ASTM D943《Standard Test Method for Oxidation Characteristics of Inhibited Mineral Oils抗氧化劑礦物油氧化性能的測(cè)定方法》的技術(shù)要求制造的石油產(chǎn)品測(cè)試儀器,。

結(jié)構(gòu)及特點(diǎn)
1.本試驗(yàn)儀主要由恒溫槽、暗箱和電氣控制箱三大部分組成,。全部箱體均采用進(jìn)口不銹鋼作材料,。
2.一機(jī)多用:本試驗(yàn)儀設(shè)置了供氧化管冷卻的暗箱,恒溫槽的后方又有照明裝置,,前方有可開(kāi)閉的觀察窗,,因此它既可滿足礦物油GB/T 12581的試驗(yàn)要求,亦可滿足餾分燃料油SH/T 0175的試驗(yàn)要求,,還可以作為運(yùn)動(dòng)粘度等測(cè)試的恒溫槽使用,。
3.恒溫槽水位自動(dòng)控制:本試驗(yàn)儀設(shè)有水位自動(dòng)控制裝置。當(dāng)水位低于該裝置規(guī)定的液面時(shí),,補(bǔ)給水會(huì)自動(dòng)流入恒溫槽,;當(dāng)水位高于該裝置規(guī)定的液面時(shí),補(bǔ)給水會(huì)從溢流管排入下水道,。
4.*的加熱,、攪拌裝置:加熱管設(shè)置在攪拌筒內(nèi),循環(huán)水流在筒內(nèi)先經(jīng)充分換熱再同恒溫槽內(nèi)的介質(zhì)混合,,以及攪拌器強(qiáng)迫恒溫槽內(nèi)的介質(zhì)進(jìn)行上下循環(huán)和橫向攪拌,,故進(jìn)一步保證了恒溫槽的溫度精度,。
5.準(zhǔn)確、穩(wěn)定的流量控制:氧化安定性試驗(yàn)儀的試驗(yàn)周期長(zhǎng)短不一,,長(zhǎng)的可達(dá)幾千個(gè)小時(shí),不但有晝夜的變化,還有季節(jié)的變化,因此流量的穩(wěn)定性是該試驗(yàn)方法的困難所在,。由本公司專門設(shè)計(jì)的穩(wěn)流裝置和微型針閥保證了在初始?jí)毫颦h(huán)境溫度變化的條件下氧氣流量的穩(wěn)定性,。而專門設(shè)計(jì)的流量計(jì)縮小了量值范圍,從而提高了它的顯示精度。
6.微機(jī)控制具有:
a)精確的溫度控制;溫度波動(dòng)度和溫度均勻性可達(dá)±0.1℃。
b)三斷(即斷電、斷水,、斷氣)自動(dòng)停機(jī)保護(hù)功能,,當(dāng)“三斷"現(xiàn)象消除后又能自動(dòng)恢復(fù)試驗(yàn)。
c)自我診斷功能:
•傳感器開(kāi)路或短路報(bào)警;
•加熱器開(kāi)路報(bào)警;
•氣,、水欠壓報(bào)警.
d)自動(dòng)計(jì)時(shí)功能:既自動(dòng)累計(jì)實(shí)際試驗(yàn)時(shí)間及記憶開(kāi)始試驗(yàn)的日期,亦自動(dòng)記錄由于“三斷"而中斷試驗(yàn)的時(shí)間和日期,。
e)豐富的顯示內(nèi)容:設(shè)定溫度和實(shí)際溫度顯示,;試驗(yàn)開(kāi)始及結(jié)束日期顯示;中途停機(jī)日期顯示,;累計(jì)試驗(yàn)時(shí)間顯示,;故障顯示。
