SMC流體閥幾種典型結(jié)構(gòu)
下圖是VCW系列的結(jié)構(gòu)原理圖。對(duì)于N.C.型,,電磁線圈3不通電時(shí),,閥芯關(guān)閉IN口與OUT口。當(dāng)電磁線圈通電時(shí),,動(dòng)鐵心組件4a克服復(fù)位彈簧6的彈簧力,,被靜鐵心2所被吸引,IN口與OUT開(kāi)啟,。N.C.型的圖形符號(hào)表示,,在不通電時(shí),IN口至OUT口是封閉的,,但若OUT口與IN口對(duì)換,,則不能封閉。
VCA,、VCB、VCL,、VCS,、VCW及VDW系列的工作介質(zhì)比較單一,故閥的結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,,體積和重量都比對(duì)應(yīng)口徑的VX系列要小而輕,,價(jià)格也低些。
VXR2系列是SMC防水錘型二位二通先導(dǎo)式電磁閥,,在IN側(cè)沒(méi)有壓力或很低壓力下,,由于提升彈簧的反力使主閥芯開(kāi)啟,故稱為零差壓動(dòng)作型,,即zui低動(dòng)作壓力差為零,。
