SMC AR系列減壓閥結(jié)構(gòu)原理
下圖是SMC AR平衡式直動(dòng)式減壓閥結(jié)構(gòu)原理圖,。閥芯的下部與二次側(cè)壓力相通,,故閥芯上下所受氣壓力是平衡的,壓力的變動(dòng)(不論是一次側(cè)還是二次側(cè))不影響閥芯上下氣壓力的平衡,,故這種結(jié)構(gòu)形式的壓力特性好,。
SMC膜片式減壓閥的工作原理是:將手輪外拉,見到黃色圈后,,順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪,,調(diào)壓彈簧被壓縮,,推動(dòng)膜片組件下移,,通過閥桿,打開閥芯,,則進(jìn)氣口壓力經(jīng)閥芯節(jié)流降壓,,有壓力輸出。出口壓力氣體經(jīng)反饋管浸入膜片下腔,,在膜片上產(chǎn)生一個(gè)向上的推力,。當(dāng)此推力與調(diào)壓彈簧平衡時(shí),出口壓力便穩(wěn)定在一定值,。
逆時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)手輪,,調(diào)壓彈簧力不斷減小,閥芯逐漸關(guān)閉,,膜片下腔中的壓縮空氣,,經(jīng)溢流閥不斷從排氣孔排處,直至zui后出口壓力降為零,。
調(diào)壓完成后,,將手輪壓回,手輪被鎖住,,以保持設(shè)定壓力一定,。故稱為鎖定型手輪。
溢流式減壓閥常用于二次側(cè)負(fù)載變動(dòng)的場(chǎng)合,,如進(jìn)行頻繁調(diào)整的場(chǎng)合,、二次側(cè)有容器(如氣缸)的場(chǎng)合。在使用過程中,,經(jīng)常要從溢流孔排出少量氣體,。當(dāng)介質(zhì)為有害氣體的氣路中,,為防止污染工作場(chǎng)所,應(yīng)選用無溢流孔的減壓閥,,即非溢流式減壓閥,。非溢流式減壓閥也常用于經(jīng)常耗氣的吹氣系統(tǒng)和氣馬達(dá)。
