固相萃取儀是利用固體吸附劑將液體樣品中的目標(biāo)化合物吸附,與樣品的基體和干擾化合物分離,然后再用洗脫液洗脫或加熱解吸附,達(dá)到分離和富集目標(biāo)化合物的目的（即樣品的分離,，凈化和富集），目的在于降低樣品基質(zhì)干擾,，提高檢測(cè)靈敏度,，其應(yīng)用于各類(lèi)食品安全檢測(cè)、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品殘留監(jiān)控,、醫(yī)藥衛(wèi)生,、環(huán)境保護(hù)、商品檢驗(yàn),、自來(lái)水及化工生產(chǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室,。
