美國RHK公司自去年發(fā)布了溫度為15K無液氦超高真空STM/AFM系統(tǒng)PanScan Freedom后，直致力于將系統(tǒng)的工作溫度進步降低,。2016年初,，公司推出了9K版本的PanScan Freedom STM/AFM系統(tǒng)，這也是在歷**次將無液氦UHV SPM系統(tǒng)的工作溫度降低到10K以下,，該系統(tǒng)經(jīng)面世,，就引起來學(xué)術(shù)界大的關(guān)注。在3月份的美國APS會議上,，RHK公司攜帶此設(shè)備進行參展,，現(xiàn)場展示它的各項指標(biāo)和功能，得到眾多科學(xué)家的贊譽,。

     zui近,，套9K UHV STM/AFM系統(tǒng)在美國新罕*爾大學(xué)Shawna Hollen教授研究組順安裝成功。在配備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)9K PanScan Freedom STM/AFM之外,，該套設(shè)備還增加了套定制樣品制備腔，用于多點探針測量,。
