一、簡支梁沖擊試驗機主要適用范圍及功能

簡支梁沖擊試驗機適用于機械，冶金,，大專院校，科研院所等各領(lǐng)域用來測定對塑料,、尼龍,、橡膠、玻璃鋼,、復(fù)合塑料管材,、電氣絕緣材料等非金屬材料的沖擊韌性值和檢驗材料的抗沖擊能力。

簡支梁沖擊試驗機采用德國西門子PLC進行控制,，通過高精度光學(xué)編碼器進行仰角數(shù)據(jù)采集,，利用上位機軟件進行參數(shù)設(shè)置和數(shù)據(jù)顯示，自動對不同的錘頭進行摩擦損耗校準和計算并保存數(shù)值,，自動計算沖擊強度并可以對沖擊強度進行數(shù)據(jù)打印,。通過電動釋放錘頭，具有操作使用方便,，安全可靠,，數(shù)據(jù)精度高等優(yōu)點。
