Specificity: The anti-BrdU antibody specifically binds to BrdU. It shows no crossreactivity with any endogenous cellular component, such as thymidine or uridine. The antibody only binds to BrdU incorporated into DNA after denaturation/partial degradation of double-stranded DNA.
Sample material: in vitro - BrdU-labeled cell lines, freshly isolated cells, and tissue explants; in vivo - BrdU-labeled cells and tissue sections

Application
