μScan采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，特點(diǎn)是快速測(cè)量,、不接觸,、不破壞,、自動(dòng)化
μScan的中心部件掃描模塊（x/y方向樣品掃描）可以和不同的傳感器
（Z方向測(cè)量）連用，如Confocal point sensor,、Autofocus sensor,、

激光光束經(jīng)由物鏡迅速上下移動(dòng)聚焦于待測(cè)物上,，此時(shí)偵測(cè)器能經(jīng)由孔洞得到zui大光的強(qiáng)度,，如此偵測(cè)器根據(jù)此訊號(hào)確定其位置
