結(jié)晶罐Crystallization Tank
l 結(jié)晶罐采用進(jìn)口304或316L不銹鋼制作,，內(nèi)壁采用機(jī)械拋光或電解鏡面拋光，外壁采用304全焊接結(jié)構(gòu)保溫,，外表面采用鏡面或亞光處理,。
l 結(jié)晶罐上安裝0.22um呼吸器。
l 結(jié)晶罐能承受121℃高溫滅菌消毒,，配備衛(wèi)生級壓力表,。
l 罐體對外連接口采用衛(wèi)生快開接頭。
l 結(jié)晶罐帶有溫度監(jiān)控裝置,，2個視鏡,，清洗球及氮?dú)膺M(jìn)口、溫度計(jì)口等接口,。
l 軸的密封采用特殊的衛(wèi)生級機(jī)械密封設(shè)計(jì),，確保物料不受污染,。
l 結(jié)晶罐可采用變頻調(diào)整裝置，攪拌軸轉(zhuǎn)速調(diào)節(jié)范圍大,。

l The crystallization tank can withstand high-temperature sterilization and disinfection at 121 ℃, and is equipped with a sanitary pressure gauge.

l The crystallization tank is equipped with a temperature monitoring device, 2 mirrors, cleaning balls, nitrogen inlet, thermometer port, and other interfaces.
