Cryo復(fù)制器CR1000有96個(gè)彈簧加載銷,，允許在不解凍剩余甘油培養(yǎng)物的情況下同時(shí)取樣96個(gè)冷凍甘油儲(chǔ)備（-80攝氏度）,。由于“母體培養(yǎng)物”保持冰凍狀態(tài)，其生存能力（CFU取樣數(shù)量）不受重復(fù)取樣的影響,。每次取樣,，從每個(gè)培養(yǎng)基中去除小于0.5微升的培養(yǎng)基，以便一個(gè)母板可以使用數(shù)百次,。銷子長(zhǎng)45mm,，也可用于將96個(gè)菌落同時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移到含有液體生長(zhǎng)培養(yǎng)基的深井板中。注：也可提供帶24個(gè)銷子的復(fù)制器（ask）
Cryo-replicatorThe cryo-replicator CR1000 has 96 spring-loaded pins and allows the simultaneous sampling of 96 frozen glycerol stocks (-80 ºC) without thawing the remaining glycerol culture. Since the "mother-cultures" remain frozen, their viability (number of CFU's sampled) is not affected by repeated sampling. Per sampling, less than 0.5 µl is removed from each stock culture so that one master plate can be used for several hundreds of times. The pins are 45 mm long and can also be used for the purpose of transferring 96 colonies simultaneously into a deepwell plate containing liquid growth medium.Note: also replicators with 24 pins are available (ask)
