PRODUCT LINES
Pefachrome® | Specific, low molecular weight synthetic substrates for various serine proteinases in the coagulation pathway. Applications: tests for single factors of coagulation or fibrinolysis or their inhibitors, and during in-process control of enzyme production.
Pefafluor® | Fluorogenic peptide substrates for research, in-process and quality control, employing the fluorogenic compound AMC (7-Amino-4- methylcoumarin).
Pefabloc® | Synthetic, low molecular weight inhibitors of serine proteases. Range includes competitive as well as irreversible inhibitors. Application: removal of undesired proteolytic activity to increase specificity of chromogenic substrate assays or to protect specific proteins from proteolytic degradation.
Pefakit® | Ready-to-use test kits. Protac® | Used for the determination of Protein C and Protein S levels in plasma. Prionex® | Used for protein stabilization.
PiCT® | Used to determine Factor Xa and Factor IIa inhibitors. Reptilase® Used to detect fibrinogen polymerization disorders even in the presence of heparin. *The aforementioned product names are registered trademarks of DSM
