上海今森熱絲引燃試驗(yàn)儀KS-56B采用特定尺寸 ( 0.5mm * 250mm) 和特定材質(zhì) (Ni80/Cr20) 的電熱絲,，經(jīng)規(guī)定發(fā)熱功率 (0.26W/mm) 和規(guī)定時(shí)間 (8s ～ 12s) 預(yù)退火后，按一定的繞線張力 (5.4N) 和一定的繞線間距 (6.35mm) 在試品上繞 5 整圈,，將繞有電熱絲的試品在規(guī)定發(fā)熱功率下 (0.26W/mm) 試驗(yàn)至 120s ,，以試品是否引燃或起燃時(shí)間來對其著火危險(xiǎn)性進(jìn)行評(píng)定。
