Shanghai insment hot wire testing machine KS-51B is used to detect the fire resistance of materials and finished products. Glow wire itself as fire source. The temperature of the hot wire is set and controlled by a temperature controller. During the test, the temperature controller run in manual mode, so that the manipulated variable (GWIT) voltage signal generated on the provisions, so as to avoid the temperature controller on the reference variable (TC) to generate a feedback. Glow wire temperature can be set to room temperature to 1000 degrees C. According to the IEC 60584-2 standard, the temperature of hot wire was measured by K type thermocouple (1). During the test, the sample moved to the hot wire at a constant speed of 11mm/s, and then returned. 30 second heating time is controlled by the PLC timer. Using the force of 1N size, pull the sample holder to the hot wire. The power supply is 230VAC + 10% (50Hz). Other technical conditions can be provided if necessary.
