膨脹閥的正確調(diào)整方法
1)在調(diào)整熱力膨脹閥之前,必須確認(rèn)冷庫(kù)制冷異常是由于熱力膨脹閥偏離工作點(diǎn)引起的,,而不是因?yàn)榉荷?、干燥過濾器堵塞、濾網(wǎng),、風(fēng)機(jī),、皮帶等其他原因所引起的。同時(shí),,必須保證感溫包采樣信號(hào)的正確性,,感溫安裝位置必須正確,不可安裝在管道的正下方,,以防管子底部積油等因素影響感溫包正確感溫,。
(2) 熱力膨脹閥調(diào)整時(shí)注意事項(xiàng)
熱力膨脹閥的調(diào)整工作,必須在制冷裝置正常運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行,。由于蒸發(fā)器表面無法放置測(cè)溫計(jì),,可以利用壓縮機(jī)的吸氣壓力作為蒸發(fā)器內(nèi)的飽和壓力,查表得到近似蒸發(fā)溫度,。用測(cè)溫計(jì)測(cè)出回氣管的溫度,,與蒸發(fā)溫度對(duì)比來校核過熱度,。調(diào)整中,如果感到過熱度太小,,則可把調(diào)節(jié)螺桿按順時(shí)針方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)(即增大彈簧力,,減小熱力膨脹閥開啟度),使流量減??;反之,若感到過熱度太大,,即供液不足,,則可把調(diào)節(jié)螺桿朝相反方向(逆時(shí)針)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),使流量增大,。由于實(shí)際工作中的熱力膨脹閥感溫系統(tǒng)存在著一定的熱惰性,,形成信號(hào)傳遞滯后,運(yùn)行基本穩(wěn)定后方可進(jìn)行下一次調(diào)整,。因此整個(gè)調(diào)整過程必須耐心細(xì)致,,調(diào)節(jié)螺桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的圈數(shù)一次不宜過多過快。
(3)熱力膨脹閥具體的調(diào)整步驟
1)停機(jī),。將數(shù)字溫度表的探頭插入到蒸發(fā)器回氣口處(對(duì)應(yīng)感溫包位置)的保溫層內(nèi),。將壓力表與壓縮機(jī)低壓閥的三通相連。
2)開機(jī),,讓壓縮機(jī)運(yùn)行15 分鐘以上,,進(jìn)入穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行狀態(tài),使壓力指示和溫度顯示達(dá)到穩(wěn)定值,。
3)讀出數(shù)字溫度表溫度T1 與壓力表測(cè)得壓力所對(duì)應(yīng)的溫度T2,,過熱度為兩讀數(shù)之差T1- T2。
注意,,必須同時(shí)讀出這兩個(gè)讀數(shù),。熱力膨脹閥過熱度應(yīng)在5-8℃之間,如果不是,,則進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整,。調(diào)整步驟是:首先拆下熱力膨脹閥的防護(hù)蓋,然后轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)整螺桿2-4 圈,,等系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,,重新讀數(shù),計(jì)算過熱度,,是否在正常范圍,,不是的話,重復(fù)前面的操作,直至符合要求,,調(diào)節(jié)過程必須小心仔細(xì),。
熱力膨脹閥
1 正確選擇熱力膨脹閥的目的
熱力膨脹閥的選配對(duì)整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的性能發(fā)揮起著重要的作用,正確的選擇熱力膨脹閥將使蒸發(fā)器zui大限度地加以利用,并使蒸發(fā)器始終和熱負(fù)荷匹配。
2 熱力膨脹閥與系統(tǒng)不匹配時(shí)的現(xiàn)象
不匹配時(shí),、會(huì)使系統(tǒng)的制冷劑流量時(shí)多時(shí)少,導(dǎo)致熱力膨脹閥的制冷量時(shí)大時(shí)小,當(dāng)制冷量過小時(shí),會(huì)使蒸發(fā)器供液不足,產(chǎn)生過大熱度,對(duì)系統(tǒng)性能會(huì)造成不利的影響.當(dāng)制冷量過大時(shí),會(huì)引起震蕩,間歇性的使蒸發(fā)器供液過量,導(dǎo)致壓縮機(jī)的吸氣壓力出現(xiàn)劇烈波動(dòng),甚至有液態(tài)制冷劑進(jìn)入壓縮機(jī),引起液擊(濕沖程)現(xiàn)象.
3 選擇的依據(jù)
根據(jù)制冷系統(tǒng)的制冷劑種類,蒸發(fā)溫度范圍和蒸發(fā)器過熱負(fù)荷的大小選擇,。
選擇方法及一般步驟
下面就敘述下膨脹閥的選擇方法。由于現(xiàn)在都采用吊頂冷風(fēng)機(jī),一般蒸發(fā)壓力降都比較大,所以都選用外平衡式的熱力膨脹閥,。根據(jù)蒸發(fā)溫度和熱力膨脹閥的進(jìn)出口的壓差,查供應(yīng)商所給產(chǎn)品選擇表.
一般步驟如下:
1) 確定系統(tǒng)的制冷劑型號(hào),。
2) 確定蒸發(fā)器的蒸發(fā)溫度,冷凝溫度及制冷量。
3) 熱力膨脹閥進(jìn)出口的壓力差,。
