進口臥式多級離心泵是殼體部分,、轉子部分、平衡結構,、軸承部分及密封部分組成,。
1、殼體部分：
     殼體部分主要由吸入段,、中段,、吐出段、導葉,、后段,、軸承體等用螺栓聯(lián)接而成。泵的旋轉方向,，從驅動端看泵為順時針方向旋轉,。
2、轉子部分：
     轉子部分主要由軸及裝在軸上的葉輪,、軸套,、平衡盤等零件組成,。軸上零件采用平鍵和軸套螺母緊固使之與軸成為一體，整個轉子由兩端軸承支承在泵殼體中,。轉子部件中葉輪數(shù)是根據(jù)泵級數(shù)而定的,。
     本型號泵在使用時，軸封一定要接水封水,。采用是水封水分兩種情況：一種是采用*級葉輪的出水,，另一種是引用外來水。凡表3中標明接水封水的均有引用外來水封水,，未標明接水封水的均是采用*級葉輪的出水作水封水,。軸封的填料松緊程度必須適當，當液體能一滴一滴滲出為宜,。當被輸送的介質溫度高于80℃時,，必須向水冷填料壓蓋和軸封冷卻室通入液冷卻，冷卻水和引用外來的水封水均為常溫清水,，冷卻水水壓為1.5-3kg/m3,，水封水的壓力要高于密封腔為0.5-1kg/m3。

4,、軸承部分：

1.Shell part:

   The shell part is mainly composed of a suction section, a middle section, a spit section, a guide vane, a back section, a bearing body and the like, which are bolted together. The direction of rotation of the pump, from the end of the drive, the pump rotates clockwise.

2.Rotor part:

   The rotor part mainly consists of the shaft and the impeller, shaft sleeve and balance plate which are mounted on the shaft. 3.Balance mechanism:

5.The water pump is directly driven by the motor through the coupling.

6.The shaft seal is a soft packing seal, in order to cool, lubricate the sealing cavity and prevent leakage of air into the pump, there is a water seal between the packings.
