LED封裝紫外線老化試驗箱用途：
通過UV熒光紫外線燈及溫度,噴淋,冷凝裝置模擬自然氣候中的紫外線輻照,、雨淋、高溫,、高濕,、凝露、黑暗等環(huán)境條件,，對材料進行加速耐候性試驗,，在短時間內(nèi)獲得材料的抗老化能力；檢測LED封裝,、LED芯片,、LED外殼、LED燈珠,、LED光源,、LED顯示屏、LED膠水,、LED五金,、LED模具、LED塑膠等產(chǎn)品通過紫外線光照輻射/露水潮濕/雨水噴淋等環(huán)境后的抗老化能力,。
LED紫外線老化試驗箱通過模擬自然陽光中的各種紫外輻射狀態(tài)（如干燥或含露水輻照狀態(tài)）,、淋雨等條件，以獲得材料耐候性的結(jié)果,。
科文生產(chǎn)的KW-UV3型LED塑膠紫外線老化試驗箱含紫外線輻照,、冷凝、噴淋三個過程,，并可進行預(yù)編程序自動運行,。
符合測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：ASTM D4329,、D499、D4587,、D5208,、G154、G53,；ISO 4892-3,、ISO 11507；EN534,；prEN 1062-4、BS 2782,；JIS D0205,；SAE J2020以及GB所有現(xiàn)行紫外線老化試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
