DAISOGEL APS-P系列填料是以超純球型硅膠為基材,，鍵合氨基丙基硅烷的填料,。根據(jù)洗脫液的差異，DAISOGEL APS-P系列填料既可用于正相模式也可用于反相模式,。該種填料特別適合以乙腈,、水為流動(dòng)相對(duì)寡糖進(jìn)行分離。
對(duì)于堿性化合物的分離,，在使用正相硅膠分離不好的情況下,，可嘗試在正相模式下使用DAISOGEL APS-P系列填料。多使用不添加任何極性溶劑添加劑的正己烷/乙酸乙酯或者氯仿/甲醇作為樣品洗脫液,。另外,，氨基功能團(tuán)可以提供活躍的反應(yīng)基團(tuán)用于特殊的修飾加工，如手性修飾,。除此之外,，該種填料還可用于超臨界流體色譜（ SFC）,。
