?3-5 Years of high value Capital Equipment sales experience required in the research tools market targeting academic, biotech and pharmaceutical customers
?Experience in selling proteomics tools preferred
?Be highly motivated with demonstrative interpersonal, presentation & organizational skills
?Energetic, enthusiastic and hungry for success
?Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in areas of negotiation, persuasion, research & problem solving
?Proficiency in English
?Strong working knowledge of MS Office, basic graphics software and database management software required
?The ability to work with a high degree of independence, self-starter
?Ability to work together in a constructive way with colleagues in anticipating and resolving issues

Title: Account Manager, based in Beijing, reporting to Regional Manager, North China
Position Responsibilities:
?Achieve assigned sales targets while remaining within an established expense budget
?Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and by maintaining a high level of technical and application competence of ProteinSimple products
?Monitor competitors activities, products and potential new or improved applications or product extensions
?Work with Country Manager, China in developing sales programs and strategies
?Provide monthly revenue and product forecasting, quarterly plans of action, status and expense reports, as required
?Attend trade shows, seminars and workshops as necessary as well as maintaining customer contacts to develop and improve sales skills
?Perform other related duties with special filed projects as assigned
